Rules error - Cannot move to the '' folder

None of my client side rules are working.
Rules - I meant my rules to move e-mails into my local folder somewhere.
Everyone of them are giving the - cannot move to the 'foldername' folder -
error.
I have Outlook 2007 w/ WinXP and my another machine with the same
configuration does not have this problem.
I wonder what is causing this problem.
