Rules don't work automatically anymore

My rules don't run anymore. I have to run them manually. I know there's a
known problem as far as not running when you first start OL up, but even
when its been running, they don't seem to be working. If I go in manually
and run a particular rule, though, it works.

Any ideas?

What type of account? Somtimes creating a new mail profile can help.

Ya mean, and write all the rules again????

Since, for POP accounts, rules are kept in the PST and, for Exchange
accounts, rules are kept in the mailbox, I don't think you'd need to create
them all again. However, to be safe, export them to a .rwz file using the
rules wizard. You can always import them again if they do disappear.
