Outlook 2003. Is it possible to setup a rule so that when an email from a
certain address comes in, a task is setup for 1 person (in this case a
distribution list). We would also like to forward the email at the same time
to the same distribution list. is it possible to combine them in 1 rule, or
would we need 2?

no, not using normal rules. you could use vba or maybe custom actions
though.
