Rules and Alerts

I've been experiencing this problem for the last 6 months. I cannot create or
even get into my Rules and Alerts. When I click on the button, it says "The
operation failed. An object could not be found". When I click okay, the Rules
and Alerts window flashes on the screen and then goes away. I've tried
reinstalling the program and think it may be something on the Exchange
back-end now. Please help!

I have the exact same problem. I have reinstalled Outlook 2003 2x already. I
am also working with an exchange server but nobody else in my office has this
problem. Please help, I miss my filters =)

Long shot go to Help || About || Disabled Items || to see if anything is
listed

Have you tried a Detect and Repair, do you see a difference depending
whether you are in cached mode or direct connection to Exchange

I've run detect and repair then rebooted with no change.
I've change to cached mode also with no change.

All I can think of then is to create a new profile
