set up a new folder in outlook 2003 with our company name for a manager, and
have it set for any internal emails get moved to that folder, so she can weed
through the internal buisness before checking her other emails.
but when she replies to those people instead of a email going to her sent
items it sends it to the company folder, and looks like she recieved a new
email. I need the sent items to go to the sent items not to the company
folder, any ideas?

Sounds like Tools - Options - E-mail options - Advanced e-mail options - 'In
folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message' is
checked.

Go to Tools | Options, and on the Preferences tabl, click E-mail Options.
Then click Advanced E-mail Options. In the Saved Messages section, make sure
the checkbox for "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original
message" is NOT checked.
