Ruler & Page setup

I've reinstalled Access 2003 on a new computer and loaded a database but the
page setup and ruler measurements now come out in metric - is there a way to
change this to inches?
 
Open the Windows Control Panel.
Under Regional Options, you can specify the measurement unit.
