Rule ???

I have a rule that is working ok but I would like to tweak it a bit more.

"Apply this rule after the message arrives with 'xyz' in the subject or body
and move it to the DELETED ITEMS folder."


This works ok. But I would like for these messages to automatically be
marked as "read".

Any ideas as to WHERE the marked as read rule should be placed in this rule?

version of outlook? not all versions support marking as read via rules.
