Rule wont let me permanently delete messages - no permission

I am trying to set up a rule to automatically permanently delete emails from
a certain person. My rule will find and delete tehm fine, but if I ask it to
permanently delete tehm, it reports an error that I don't have permission for
this operation.

Try clicking the email, then click on junk mail, and finally block sender.

Thanks for quick reply. I tried this. But, this approach keeps the message on
my machine for some time. The sender apparently has a virus that keeps
blasting hundreds of messages at me and I want them permanately deleted.
Also, I don't use MS junk mail blocking cause it misses at least 20% to 30%
of the junk. Qurb is flawless. I suspect the permission problem points to a
larger problem I should make sure gets fixed anyway. Any other ideas?
