Rule weirdness

I have created a rule that will send a message to my mailbox when an e-mail
is received in my "team" mailbox from a specific address with "something in
the subject.

When a message comes in that matches my criteria, the message is not
forwarded to my mbx.
If I run the rule manually, they are in the "team" sentbox but it does not
get delivered to my mailbox ( I can trace it to the HUB but then I can't find
it going any further)
If I forward the e-mail, it is delivered to me just fine.

Any suggestion on what may be wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, I didn't mention this is Outlook 2003 client in Exchange 2007.
