Rule to not allow reply to e-mail address

Good Morning!
Is there a way I can create a rule to not allow me to reply to a specified
e-mail address?

Little background:
When a work order is assigned to me the Helpdesk e-mail automatically sends
me an e-mail with the detail of the work order.
I often do the work and then want to reply to the requestor but because the
e-mail came from the Helpdesk the e-mail goes back there.

I want to be able to block myself from replying to the Helpdesk e-mail.

Can this be done?

Can this be done?

Of course it can be done. Examine the message and if it's from the Help
Desk, DON'T CLICK REPLY. Your brain is the best tool to use for this type
of problem.

I wasn't trying to be flip. I honestly believe thinking before acting is
the best way to address the problem.
