Rule to "move/copy sent mail to IMAP folder" turns itself off

I use Outlook 2003 with an IMAP mail account and have set up a rule to
copy/move my sent-mail to an IMAP sent-mail folder. This rule occasionally
turns itself off... first I notice that the sent-mail is not saved, then I
check and the box next to the rule in the Rules Wizard has been unchecked.
This is the only one of my rules that turns off, and I have several other
rules that involve moving mail to other IMAP folders (though upon receipt
instead of upon sending).

I run the same version of Outlook on two different computers, and each has
the same problem. My temporary solution is to use the Local sent-mail folder
as a backup, but this is unacceptable in the long-term.

My best guess is that if/when Outlook looks for and fails to find the IMAP
folder while my wireless internet connection is temporarily interrupted, the
rule turns off. This is just a guess.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
