Rule to delete sent meeting invitations

How do I create a rule that only deletes meeting invitations or invitation
responses that I send? For all other messages that I send, I want them kept
in the Sent folder.

I'm on Outlook 2003.

When you create the meeting request and before you send it, click
File>Properties and uncheck the "Save copy of sent message" box.
 
Brian, that's for each message.

I'm looking for a RULE that would automatically run on all messages.

Rules run automatically only on messages in the Inbox or only when you
actually send a message. My solution, if I had your problem, would be to
create a rule that can be run manually (if it can be done - I haven't
researched the rules enough to determine whether they have conditions that
will allow detection of the messages you mention) and then run it on the
Sent Items folder periodically.
