Rule to Delete Blank Subject

Can a rule be created to delete any email with no
subject? Tried rule wizard & typed a blank space but
didn't work.

Create a rule that applies to all mail to delete the message. Add an
exception that individually specifies every keyboard character (separated by
"or").
