Rule to BCC sent messages

In Outlook 2003 how can I create a rule which will BCC all mail that I send?
I can only find the option to CC the mail mail that I send. A user wants a
copy of all mail he sends to go to his assistants email account.

Have you tried Move a copy to the Specified Folder and selected her Inbox?
It may be a work around for you.

It only gives me access to my own folders. Not to any other users folders
are email addresses. I should have mentioned that Outlook is being used in
an imap environment. It might be different running with an Exchange server.
