Can I set a rule to Bcc all my sent e-mails to a specific address

I want to set a rule for my Outlook to Bcc all of the e-mails that I send to
a specific address. Can this be done? I see that I can set a rule to Cc, but
not Bcc.

There are third-party products that can do it. AutoBCC is one of them
(http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Email_Tools/Microsoft_Email_Add-ins/Outlook_Auto_BCC.html)
but I've never tried it so caveat emptor.

You can use an add-in for Outlook called Bells & Whistles. With this
3-rd party add-in can select to always send a BCC email to a specified
address, for each message that is going to be sent. It has also a lot
of other customization options that it can increase the productivity of
sending emails.
