Rule or Filter to Send Mail Not From Friends to Junk Folder

Outlook 2003, SP1

I would like to send all mail that is not from addresses on a friends list
to the Junk folder. How can I do this. Thanks in advance--Stu
 
In the Junk E-mail settings try using the "Safe Lists only" option
