Rule how to?

I have a work computer which connects to an exchange server on a dial up
connection.

I have tried to set up a rule that forwards all work email to my home Email
address.

When I run the rule everything seems to get forwarded to the outbox and
eventually to the sent folder but I never receive the emails at home!!

Nothing gets bounced back to work computer either!!!

Help please
