We have rules set up in our office to distribute copies of emails into
individual project public folders. They are set up using keywords in the
subject lines and typically work well. The problem is that when we send
interoffice email using the keywords we end up with duplicates because
multiple recipients have their rules triggered. I tried to add exceptions and
none worked. I tried using the "except if user is in specified address book"
and tried the 'global address book', 'all users' and even a new public folder
we created with the users addresses in it. None worked. Last ditch effort
was to use the "except with the specified words in the sender's address" and
added our domain name without the dot com. Still nothing. What am I doing
wrong???
