Rule based on cc

I want to apply rules to mails that come to me through distribution list (in
which I am a member) and included in cc. (not in To).

Can some please let me know as to how to achieve this ?

Well the second screen in Outlook 2003 starting with a new blank rule
includes the option "When My Name is in the cc field" - you could always try
that........
