RTM Activation

I did not activate when I installed Vista RTM.

Now I click on the link saying I have 29 days to go and do I want to
activate now in security center and nothing happens. I tried to click on the
change serial key link and nothing happens here either.

I need help urgently, I do not want to re-install again.

1. Open an elevated Command Prompt.
2. Type: SLUI 4 and hit enter.
3. This should start the Vista activation wizard with phone options.
