I am having a problem with using my user accounts, it wont let me log on
through user accounts and says that i have installed a program with
rtlgina2.dll file i am unsure where this is as it says it s a system32 file,
also i can't remove it

Hard to understand that you permit installing software w/o your knowledge.
Log on as Administrator and use the System Restore tool. Scan the system
for installed malware as well.

I donti think i permitted it, i have just installed some software for sky
boradband and think it maybe somehting to do with that?????????

It looks like someone added a third party GINA to the machine.

Why don't you remove that software under your Administrator account in
order to find out.
