RTFCTL32.DLL Error

When logging onto a Windows XP machine the logon process
takes a long time and I get the following error message
Err! - RTFCTL.32.DLL
DllMain(): UnregisterClass() failed.
What does this mean?
 
Very strange. I did a Google search for the filename, and got no hits. This
may not be a problem with Windows, but rather one of your other programs.
