RSS Tab is missing from account settings

Hi All,

I am following the directions to add a RSS Feed to outlook. Based on these
instructions I was expecting to find a RSS Tab under account settings but it
seems it is not there.
Any ideas?

it should be 3rd in from the left - email, data files, rss feeds,
sharepoint... if you right click on the rss folder in the folder list do
you have the option to add a rss feed?

is this a home or work computer?
