Regarding this RSS Feed item, is this the same or different than the
Microsoft Newsgroups?

Can we see the Newsgroups in Outlook like we do in Windows Live Mail?

No, they are different. It stands for Really Simple Syndication. It is more
like a publication that is sent out once in a while. You don't reply to
them.

In order to subscribe to them you must find the address and add it. Look it
up in Bing.
