rss feed problem

i am a novice, but learning. i'm using frontpage 2003 and my host is
running extensions

i created an rss feed using this article
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/odc_...

my feed address is http://www.zewkey.com/rss.xml and i placed an icon
at the bottom of http://www.zewkey.com/sportsbook temp.htm

it works fine with firefox, but with IE i get the following:
"Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error
and then click the Refresh button, or try again later

The stylesheet does not contain a document element. The stylesheet may
be empty, or it may not be a well-formed XML documen..."

i don't know what to do, can anyone help
