How to add RSS feeds for Microsoft Newsgroups

I want to add an RSS feed to my outlook for Microsoft > Businsess Solutions >
FRx. I used to have it as a newsgroup in Windows live, but they have removed
that from our system and we must use outlook to view any RSS feeds and there
is no RSS link on the discussion group and can't figure out how to add it
manually. I tried "outlookfeed://msdn.microsoft.com/FRx/rss.xml" but that
didn't work.

Maybe thats not the answer what you are searching for,

but why dont you use outlook express as a news reader?

The only option I have is Outlook or Internet Explorer - IT has removed
Outlook Express and Windows Live. I really don't want to use IE because it
takes so much time to go to the website, log in and browse through the
messages. All the other groups I get RSS feeds right in my Outlook inbox
which is very convenient. It's specifically the Miscrosoft Newsgroups that I
can't figure out how to add.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Any suggestions? It would seem that Microsoft Newsgroups would be available
through Microsoft Outlook RSS Feeds - but maybe that's assuming the obvious.

Thanks in advance for your replies.
