RSoP Tool error message: not enough storage

When I try to run the RSoP on computers on certain subnets I get the
following error: "The RSoP snap-in was unable to generate the RSoP
data due to the error listed below: Not enough storage is available to
complete this operation."

I can run the tool locally, remotely on machines on my local subnet,
and remotely on machines on a separate site. However, the XP machines
I need to check keep producing this error. I'm running the tool as a
domain admin.
