RRAS VPN and Exchange

Can anyone tell me how to restrict me RRAS configuration
so that the clients are only able to use the VPN in order
to access their Exchange 2000 accounts? I don't want them
to be able to do anything other than look at their mail
folders.

Did you check if the 'other login' (the VPN) has rights on the different
shares? They still might be able to see the shares, but if you have denied
them access, they can't do anything.
