RRAS, msbrowse

In WINS the domain master browser and _msbrowse_
sometimes shows that it is the RRAS Internal Interface
IP. This causes problems internaly while browsing as
well as VPN Outlook connection problems.

Any way to make the Local interface to always remain the
domain Master browser and _msbrowse_?

See MS 292822 for the register change to prevent the internal IP
registering in WINS.
