RRAS IP address assignment

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to control which IP address or addresses
a group of users gets...???????????

From a single deployment of Win2003 RRAS, I want my dial-in users coming
from other domains in our forest to get an IP address from a range defined to
those segregated users. ex...Domain A users get 1-10, domain B users get
11-20....

I thought I would be able to do it by defining static IP pools in RRAS, but
there is no way to link a dial-in user to a specific pool that I am aware of.
It also appears to be a difficult task using DHCP, since RRAS will grab
addresses from the scope where it sits.....

Thanks

Sort of yes, on the Dial-In tab of the user's properties, you can specify
what IP they are to have when they dial in.

Jeff, you can do this by using radius authentication to a Steel Belted Radius
server instead of using Windows Authentication. SBR supports IP pools with
the framed-ip-address attribute. I am working on doing the same thing as you.
