RRAS - analogue modem timeout

Hi

i have installed a win2k ras server with a few analogue
modems.
My Problem is, that i have an equipment which dial in to my
network but sometimes it hang up before my modem answer.
I have tried to set the modem properties/advanced to S0=1.
Normaly the modem answers after the first ring but it
dosn`t.

Have you an idea to fix my problem
