I got the infamous worm, discussion of which has taken over this newsgroup,
and it is now removed, I hope. But from where could it have come? I
don't open attachments to emails unless I am certain of their origin. I
don't allow mysterious downloads. What could I have done wrong?

do you use Kazaa or Kazaa lite? That's the only way I
think I got it. Also, did you use a virus software to fix
the problem? I'm going to try when I get home, but would
like to know the best way. There are several listed here
and thanks to everyone for the help.

Bryan, I think I have this same problem that everyone is
talking about (the RPC 60 second shutdoan message) HOW DO
I FIX IT! everyone is complaining but no one is offering a
solution. HELP!!
