For the last couple of days I am getting an message
saying Generic Win32 isn't working probably and the
send/don't send report window. Afterwards I get a system
shutdown message due to the RPC terminately
unexpectedly..Can anyone help me?
 
Update your anti-virus definitions immediately and follow-up with a full
system scan. Then visit Windows Update and install recommended security
patches (at least).

I dunno.. try administrative tools, services, remote procedure call,
change drops to take no action. or maybe it is a real security
concern..?
 
How do we download updates etc. if the system keeps disconnecting? It
doesn't give us time to do this.

To stop the reboots: Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc. Scroll down
to Remote Procedure Call (RPC)/Logon/First Failure/Restart the Service.

Then close Windows Explorer, End Process in the Task Manager for
msblast.exe, run the edit on line 257 then run the patch listed below it:
