I accidentally disabled rpc in administrative tools. How do I Enable it? I have restarted my computer but now I have no taskbar or system tray or start button...
 
hi,

have you tried the 'F8' Options - 'Save/Secure Mode' - and have you then access to the system and are you then able go to your administrative tools?
