RPC Server Unavailable

I receive this message when attempting to load a program from the DVD drive
using Windows XP. I am not connected to a network or router- this is a stand
alone computer. I have checked the systems and RPC server shows as Started
and running Automatically.

Post your message to a newsgroup with "windows" in the description. They
are on the bottom of the dropdown list in the MS Discussion Group
interface. This is a .Net Programming newsgroup.
