RPC server too busy

When I try to force replication between 2 of my DC's, I
get an error message stating the RPC server is too busy to
service my request. Suggestions?
 
I don't know how much this will help but...I remember seeing this before and
I believe (not completely sure) it was a DNS issue where the DNS servers
were not getting updates from each other.</$.02>
