RPC (Remote Procedure Call)

I get a message when i log into any user on my XP Pro box,
that says the computer must shut down in 60 seconds due to
an unexpected termination of the Remote Procedure Call
(RPC).

I have tried reformatting, repairing, etc. I have even
tried installing Windows 98SE, and upgrading to XP.

It was working earlier today, but after I installed a
program from a major company, cant say due to NDA, and
then i started getting this message, and it does restart
every 60 seconds like stated in the message. help!

I see the post below this one now, and i am working on it
right now. kinda only have 60 seconds to do stuff.
