RPC over HTTP issue

Hi all. We recently got exchange access via RPC/HTTP configured and
working. All is well except for one thing, when a users PC goes into
standby mode (laptop closed) and then resumes, they are prompted to
re-enter their credentials.

Is that the way its supposed to work? Its a small annoyance, but we
have 20,000 users so theres always people calling about it becuase they
dont like the way it works.

yes, because when you go into standby, the network connection is lost and
the session ended.
