RPC Errors

My network printers, network drives, and sound stop working 1 minute after
booting into windows. System Properties>Computername tab> Give error of
"Networking is not installed or is not properly configured". Tracked down
the issues to RPC Service - it appears damage or something. Everything that
is dependednt on RPC to function fail, included Windows Update. However, I
have reinstalled windows twice, with only drivers and it does the same thing!
We have over a hundred computers that work properly but the 6 new ones we
got ALL do this. Tech Support is stumped, as am I. Any help?

Syntax
net start rpcss

If it works perform update.
