RPC error

Hello, my friend has a problem in which he cannot stay on
his computer for mre than 10 minutes. It simply says "RPC
error The RPC unexpectantly shutdown." Then, it counts
down from 1 minue then his computer shuts down.... Does
someone know about this? PLease tll me thanks.

Also enable Windows XP's built in firewall:
