RPC Error 1719

Hi Everybody,

I've been receiving the following error msg for quite
sometime. What are the effects this will have on the users
and how do I fix this error;

The Directory Service was unable to find any RPC protocol
sequences installed on this computer, failing with error
1719. The Directory Service will be unable to respond to
any RPC requests as long as this condition persists.
