RPC/browsing/NetBIOS problems?

Here are my issues- Win 2K server:
#1-will not display a list of nodes on the LAN in the domain.
#2-all workstatins are visible to each other but server is not


I have read many posts about second NIC and it is disabled and unbound.

Also seeing the following every 5 mins in Event viewer:

I am unable to browse the NETLOGON or SYSVOL shares etc.

Have you installed and configured DNS-server?
How about the ipconfig/all from a client?
Is File- and printersharing installed on server and clients?

Have you installed and configured DNS - It is AD.. Yes I have DNS Is File
and printersharing installed on server and clients - Yes

This system has been running without problems since July. As of the 20th of
October, I began seeing these problems.

"What changed?"
Ther was a new Canon ImageRunner5000 installed on the 17th. The tech
installed the printer on all the PCs locally. They all displayed the error
"Duplicate name exists on network" after that, but I resolved that issue.
