Roxio Disc Copier

I am trying to copy a DVD on my Roxio Disc Copier (Roxio Easy Media
Ceator 7) on my XP Home laptop.

I am getting the message:

'There was a problem creating a file c\docume~1\owner\locals~1\temp\"

Can anyone help?

I am getting the message:

'There was a problem creating a file c\docume~1\owner\locals~1\temp\"

That path *cannot* exist due to a syntax error. Should read instead:
c:\docume~1\owner\locals~1\temp\

Next, make sure that the path above exists (long and short path name) or
change the program settings accordingly.

Can anyone help?
