Rows not printing on full page

I'm working on an Excel document (2000) and my rows do not print using the
entire page - rather some do / some don't. Some end up printing on only about
1/2 the page.

How can I set up the document to use the most space available and thus
condense my document into fewer pages?

Answer: Print using Custom View.

Do the following:

1. Select a range of cells.
2. On the View menu, click Custom Views.
3. In the Views box, click the name of the view
(view: A set of display and print settings that you can name and apply
to a
workbook. You can create more than one view of the same workbook without
saving separate copies of the workbook.) you want to print.
4. Click Show.
The range of cells will be shown as selected
5. Click Print.
6. Under Print What, click Selection
7. Click OK.

Note: You craete as many Custom View as possible, and print only those
views. Most important thing is you must select the range and during print you
must select Selection option. You can chage the Page sige before printing.

Hi Challa

Thank you very much for responding, however, this has not amalgamated
(condensed) the entire document to what I was wanting. It still is printing
each page differently. My entire document is over 300 pages long and some
pages are five rows (leaving too much room on one page) and others are 15
rows (filling the page to its capacity).

Any/all other suggestions to try and alleviate this problem would be welcomed.
