Rows Insertion

hi members
how can I insert rows after every fiftth row I have data of more than
6000 rows that means I want to insert 1200 rows in that sequenc
 
Asking the question 3 times is not going to get a response any faster.
You'll probably have to use VBA to do this quickly.
