Row and Column numbering

The numbering on my column header row has changed from
alphabetized columns to numerical, how do I changed it
back. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it
but the columns are still numeric.
 
Go to Tools/Option/General and uncheck R1C1 reference style.

Go to tools>options>general...deselect r1c1 reference
style.
