Column Reference

How do I change the column references from numbers back to letters? I.e.
instead of my cell being named A8, I show it as R8C1. How do I change my
column reference structure back to alphabetical vice numeric?

Tools > Options General uncheck R1C1 Reference style

Tools>options>general tab> uncheck R1C1 reference style
