Routing Recipient

Could anyone provide me with the steps on how to do this or perhaps tell me
where i can find some documentation on how to do this? I can't find only help
on routing a recipient in word.

Hi D.R. Help

File > Send To > Routing Recipient. Fill in an email address and click OK.
Test it out by using your own email address and sending it to yourself.

In Word 2003, if I do F1 for Help and type "routing", I see several articles
directly about routing to a recipient. Or, see
