This may be long, but the detail is necessary.
I have two ethernet cards in my XP machine. Two different
IP addresses and subnets (one a class B (191.9.2.13), one
a different class B subnetted (172.16.2.113). I want to
route my internet traffic through my 172 IP, but my
Internal Traffice through my 191 IP. I tried to set up
route print in cmd line, but it does not work. The route
print statement shows the traffic as I have requested
(0.0.0.0 MASK 0.0.0.0 gateway 172.16.2.16), but when I ask
for my internal exchange email through my 191 IP
(191.9.0.0. MASK 255.255.0.0 gateway 191.9.2.1) it doesn't
work. It assumes that the gateway is the 172.16.2.16 card
and does not get to the destination. Does any one have
any ideas????
