Rounded corners

How do I make rounded corners on Page Borders? [I know this is possible in
WordPerfect, how can it not be in Word?]

It is not possible with the built-in page borders. You can create your own
page border by anchoring a rounded rectangle (set to Behind Text) to the
header paragraph.
